Moving!

Tell me about an especially memorable move.
Where did you leave, and where did you settle?

Last week I had the privilege of helping my parents pack up for yet another in a long list of moves they’ve made together. I’m excited that this one brings them closer to me! 

And, as I’m sure you know, even when a move is a good one, it’s never easy. Dad and Mom are currently working their way down a "to-do" list that's at least 85,000 items long, ticking off all the tasks it takes to make a new place feel like home. I've been there before (too many times) and I imagine you have, too.

What do you remember about the experience? What's a move that stands out to you as especially significant?
